How do I order personalised items?
Some of our items can be personalised or printed with custom colour options, this will be indicated in the product description. If your order is eligible for personalisation you will be able to enter your specifications in the checkout process.

What is your lead time?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-5 days of the order being placed and payment being received. Custom orders may take up to 3 weeks.
We also offer priority dispatch at an additional cost, where we will prepare your order on the same day and have it shipped within 24 hours.
What are your items made of?
Our 3D printed items are made from PLA which is a non-toxic material. This is made from renewable natural sources (usually fermented plant starch from corn or other roots) and is not harmful to the environment.
Do you offer discount for large orders?
Yes, we can offer discounts for birthday parties, corporate events or other businesses with a MOQ (minimum order quantity) of 20.

Shipping FAQs
How long does shipping take?
We ship all our products in the UK and worldwide with Royal Mail.
UK domestic orders take 2-3 working days from the day of dispatch.
International orders take 3-7 working days from the day of dispatch.
How much do you charge for shipping?
UK Tracked 48 – £3
UK Tracked 24 – £5
UK Guaranteed Next Day Delivery – £8 (if ordered by 12pm)
International Tracked – £15
Express next day dispatch – additional £3
Will I be charged custom and import taxes?
UK customers will not be charged any custom or import taxes
US customers will not be charged with any custom or import taxes. However sales tax will incur and be applied to your order at checkout.
Customers in Europe will be charged custom or import duties. This can be settled before or after the item has been shipped.
Customers in Canada may be subject to duties, sales tax and handling fees for orders over CAD $150
Customers in Mexico, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Island will need to cover any customs or import duties when the order arrives at your custom office.
If you need to pay a customs charge the delivery partner will contact you directly once they have your package to collect payment. This fee will be charged regardless of the price of your package and we can’t control these charges.
Order & Return FAQs
Where is my order?
All orders include tracked delivery, you will be able to view the delivery progress via the courier tracking reference given once your parcel has been dispatched.
Domestic UK Orders – to check your shipments status, enter the tracking number listed on your shipping confirmation email on the Royal Mail website. All UK orders are shipped with Tracked 48 so you should receive your items within 2 working days of the dispatch email.
International Orders – the majority of our products shipped internationally can be tracked on the Royal Mail website. All international orders are shipped with International Tracked Delivery which takes 3-5 business days from the day of dispatch.
Occasionally packages can be delayed or (very rarely) go missing with the shipping courier during the delivery process – if your item has not arrived within the estimated lead time given, please contact us and we’ll look into it for you.
Do you accept returns?
We have a 14-day return policy for original items which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Custom items unfortunately are non-refundable. For more information please see our returns policy.

My item arrived damaged or incorrect, what should I do?
If your item is damaged or there are any other issues with your order, please get in touch with us at support@the-3d-way.com including a photo of the issue and we’ll look into this for you as soon as possible.
Good customer service is important to us and we’ll do whatever we can to resolve the matter.
